Quality for money is good. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. We had a fridge and a microwave and the room was a decent sized so it wasn’t cramped
Walls are thin… so you can truly hear everything. If your window is open you can DEFINITELY hear everything (iykwim).
If you want to stay in the suburbs of chicago, it’s good but if you want to spend ur time in downtown chicago- not so much. There’s a bus stop right outside and a 30min bus takes you to O’hare Train station. 5$ travel card worth getting.

Clean but felt empty

It was definitely a clean room. I didn't stay long, it was just a place to sleep while visiting, but everything was clean and organized. The refrigerator and microwave were nice to have as well.
Platform bed was a bit odd, but serviceable. The area and some of the people around were a bit suspicious. Nothing happened, everyone was fine, but if you're just a suburbanite, this is definitely more of a city vibe.

Close by restaurants and retail stores
Cleanliness needs to be worked on, found a hair ball on the ground, bathroom mirror had a big crack, and the floor was never mopped or swept.
