Access to the beach, the yoga and lessons available, learning about culture and beautiful grounds
Absolutely extortionate spa and shopping. Same with the restaurants. Some things were x4 the price is the local stores. I didn’t like that the spa automatically charged 20% service charge and makes you wait till the end to edit it. Nor did I like the lack of transparency over the tax they add at the bill.

Rooms could have been nicer for the price. Everything is extremely overpriced at the entire resort.

It was beautiful.
Didn’t really get to enjoy amenities (pools, outdoor luau) or any excursions due to Kona low weather system. Our Nobu reservation was cancelled due to flooding. Our flight into Maui was diverted to Honolulu and our hotel reservation was cancelled by the hotel when we didn’t arrive on time. Lines to check in were very long. Staff appeared tired and guests even more so.

Location was really nice
If was big but so busy and full of kids. Property was outdated and I felt like staying at a luxury motel.
