Location, family hotel and very friendly staff. The Pilina Restaurant and its bar were also great. Initially we had some room problems and had to change two rooms, but Manager Shayna Buluson was so helpful that everything turned out great. Thk you Shayna!

Very clean and serene looking property, spacious rooms with a big bath area.

Mostly everything was good, pool area could have been slightly more open feel. My check in was delayed but they compensated for it.

The bed was very comfortable and the view from the room.

It looks very dated, like it has not been refurbished since the 80s. It is a massive structure and blocks the views of beautiful hills and natural surroundings, not at all mindfully designed to immerse in the natural environment. The pools are not at all inviting to spend time, maybe only if you come with small kids.
