While not right on the beach, the hotel pool was positioned with beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. The bar was great, as were the staff there. The gym was quite good as well.
The room was on a low floor and had very little light, which was not ideal. I should have asked to move.

- When we checked in we were falsely told we hadn’t paid when we had.
- Not only that I was overcharged for the room.
- We were then given a room that faced the road which was quite noisy. This was disappointing because we were on honeymoon and meant the balcony wasn’t that pleasant. We noticed there were rooms available on the quieter pool side which was a shame we weren’t offered a nicer room.
- Although we had a nice stay this is an expensive hotel. Not sure I’d stay here again.

The bed was comfortable. Loved the infinity pool.
It is small, like a boutique hotel. Parking was convenient. Easy in and out, but it’s $40/day.
No espresso available. Only drip coffee with breakfast for $30. It would be nice to get a latte and a croissant in the morning. I thought the room was adequate, but nothing special. We did not have any housekeeping for three nights, the whole time we were there. I did ask at the front desk and that was not normal. It’s OK because we had a short stay.

Location, Wailea is a beautiful surrounding
2 times they didn’t clean the room and when I complained about that , didn’t receive apologies..
