Great location right by all the Broadway theaters and in the middle of restaurant row- but surprisingly quiet. Comfortable bed and big, misty shower. Gorgeous New Orleans setting with a nice continental breakfast. Holding luggage until 11pm on the day of checkout and for a few hours before checking in was very helpful.
Please add a black tea to the breakfast selection, which is otherwise fantastic.

The room was bright, spacious and clean.
The location of the hotel was great - accessible, yet quiet at night.
Front desk staff were friendly and helpful to answer questions
Breakfast had very few items and limited options. My family did not like it.
Internet connection was very poor. As we were visiting New York from abroad, wifi connection was a necessity. A big let down!
Slippers in the room would have been appreciated
