It was close to Times Square and the subway which we used a lot! Staff were lovely.
Key cards didn’t always work in the lift.

The beds were very comfortable. The building was very quiet, especially considering the location in Times Square. Lobby employees were helpful.
At approximately 8 am, a male employee knocked and immediately entered our room without waiting. We were still in bed and felt very uncomfortable. Then at approximate 10 am a female employee knocked and immediately entered our room. Shortly after that, the front desk called and asked if we were checking out at 2 pm. We had never mentioned any checkout time and had planned to check out at noon, which was the stated check-out time. We felt very uncomfortable knowing employees could enter our room at any time and would not stay at this hotel again due to this. The trust that our belongings and privacy would be safe and respected is gone.
