great location, close to the gaylord, have to find your own parking

So close to the Gaylord for our convention. Easy to find. Clean and new feeling, very pretty!

It was ok but 900$ for 3 nights it does not worth it.

I really like the room and how clean it is. I have a good view to the harbor. the hotel location is best and for breakfast it is where they have to improve, it is poor in variety

The staff are not flexible, they are like robot!...No one is interested by your stay comfortability. I had an issue with the key which open the room. their system was down, to get a support i had to go down more than two times.

Very good

The location was amazing and the room was clean

No fault of the hotel but there was a group out in the hallway off and on all night that were extremely loud Wish the hotel would validate parking.. don't need free but a discount would be great

when i did booking, my selection was king bed but they gave me double bed which I'm absolutely not happy about it.

Our stay was overall a wonderful experience.

The location and spacious rooms.

Very limited hot water for showers. The property was in the process of trying to fix this during our stay and we’re extremely apologetic and also compensated us for the inconvenience.

the river view.

The bathroom sliding door was not working. Front desk personnels were not friendly, did not have even a small diagram of the area attractions, restaurants.

Good, but some minor issues really bothered me.

Great location. Very clean guest room. King room was a good size. Easy wifi connection.

Customer service at check-in was rushed. I didn’t understand all the information because it was rushed through by the receptionist who didn’t seem to care if I understood or not. Also, coffee service in the mornings available in the breakfast area should be complementary for all guests and not $2.35 - don’t be so greedy!

Room needs upgrading. Shower old and needs to remove mildew and light fixture was broken and furniture shown on booking site was different than what was actually in the room

I did not like anything about this property. Management was unprofessional and unconcerned when I had to call the police on a guest for being violent and calling me a Black bitch. The staff was unattentive and did not listen to my requests before and after arriving.

The service I received at this AC Hotel was beyond poor. I will never return.

Beautiful Hotel

This hotel was very well kept and very clean. The amenities within the hotel were very good. I will definitely stay here again. It is in a wonderful location.

There was no parking on the property we had to park in the parking garage. However, that was not a deal breaker for me.
