The location was in a walkable neighborhood, close to restaurants, shopping and the water taxi to Alexandria and The Wharf. The room was spacious, including the bathroom and the hotel was clean and modern. Breakfast, including the turkey sausage was delicious. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend!
I didn't like that we had to pay for parking. However, it is understandable for the area, and the hotel offered a discount if billed to your room.

The location was great
The view in my window faced the parking garage, horrible view, unable to see the garden or the or the harbor itself

Clean, modern and beautiful decor. Location perfect to the outlets and national harbor. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was really comfortable and shower was refreshing. The microwave was convenient with so many good restaurants.
I liked everything. Maybe a door tag to say "i want to sleep later" before the cleaning lady comes in. Otherwise, everything from the front desk to the breakfast was organized.

Everything in the room was great, and the staff were very polite
The cleaners the hotel used triggered me and my friends allergies so bad that we couldn't enjoy our stay. Hers were to the point she was struggling to breath and even walk. So thanks to the hotel using fragrances cleaners, our event was ruined. You really should be using fragrance free for the health and safety of your guests. You'd be doing everyone a favor, including your staff.
