Incredibly thoughtful from their amenities to personalizing our stay! We traveled with toddlers and asked for a portable crib and not only did they provide a pack n play, but a diaper genie, changing pad, bottle warmer and distilled water and a toddler stool! As a mom who is used to having to be creative during travel with little ones, this was hugely helpful and meant a lot!
Loved the 2 pools, dining options, and the hot tubs on the terrace, especially at night!

We liked the outdoor pool and the Terrace. The room was great. Parking sufficient. Bike storage great.
A slightly less expensive breakfast option would be appreciated. I would have liked to know more about the trail hiking options at the adjacent property.

Fire place; nice interior and hot tubs.
Breakfast very US style, all preheated. We didn't consider it worth $ 29 per person.
The building is aging, and pipes have started clogging.
Not enough staff to deal with long weekend peak demand.
