Belle découverte pour un court séjour!

L'auberge est située en face du Lac-Brome, décor enchanteur. Chambre spacieuse, lumineuse et très propre. Nous avons apprécié la présence du spa, du sauna et du bain vapeur hammam après une randonnée du Round-Top à Sutton!

Ce n'est pas un point négatif mais... Nous aurions aimé manger sur place mais le restaurant était fermé le dimanche de notre visite... ce qui nous a permis d'aller manger au centre ville au bistro!

4 star hotel trying to become a 5 star hotel but is really a 2-3 star!

The only thing positive of this hotel was the location.

Sound proofing was next to none. There was a university prom and they were extremely loud all night! I complained earlier in the day of their nosiness and I was basically ignored and was told that the manager would take care of it. Nothing was done to ensure that we had a quiet relaxing stay! There was no manager available that night to deal with the discontent patrons of the hotel that were not part of the prom party! A few of us were woken up in the middle of the night and could not find anyone to help us out. We were close to calling the police to calm the party goers! The hotel should advice patrons of parties and changes to the dining schedule. Continental breakfast was a disappointment for a 4 star hotel. I have had better at a 2 star. The rooms were cold, including the hallways. I expected a cozy warm room but was greeted with a room that was 18 degrees when we walked in. So much was lacking in the room. No radio, no pamphlets, or information on the hotel. There is no need for two showers and two toilets. Money would have been better spend on soundproofing and heated floors that were very cold even after we turned up the heat. I would never stay there again, unfortunately. We have stayed in the past but this has soured my desire to go back.

Parfait pour une fin de semaine relax

L'équipe est adorable, l'hôtel est parfait. La vue que ça soit sur le lac ou le parc est magnifique. L'accès au spa, sonna, hammam, jacuzzi comprit dans le prix de la chambre, juste incroyable ! Le petit déjeuner inclus également dans le prix ! Le confort de la chambre. Vraiment on a adoré !

Seul petit bémol, de devoir monter les escaliers avec tout dans les mains pour pouvoir manger le petit déjeuner à une table. Pas très pratique. Peut être mettre une table à l'étage avec une petite quantité de nourriture afin d'éviter les accidents !

nice place to stay in the middle of nature beside the lake

beds were comfortable and the room was clean, sheets were obviously changed and very clean, we didn't try the restaurant, pool and hot tubes were good enough the bathtub was clean and there were enough towels provided.

The washroom and toilet were clean but the sink had some stains on it, not sure if they were able to clean it or not room was a bit small for 2 twin bed and we barely could move around

Nice location by the water. The room was nice.

Food and bar services are running on minimal level. Limited menu, not very appealing. Limited hours. A bar with no bartender. Had to tell the food server how to make a Manhatten. On my last day, went for breakfast. All the tables for two were dirty, people had used them, and not cleaned. I don't blame the staff. They are pleasant and do their jobs well. Just not enough of them.

Disappointing

The construction detritus provided a nice framing to the distant scenic beauty of the area.

A memorable visit for the undiscerning traveler. Four stars richly deserved in a parallel universe.

Quiet, pleasant place to stay if visiting the area.

Large, comfortable room with coffee maker. Swimming pool and hot tubs were available.

We did have a lake view, but it was across the highway and partly obscured by trees.

Perfect location outside of Knowlton. Easy access to adventure be it biking, running or paddling.

We arrived early and they upgraded our room. The balcony was a nice refuge from the rain. The hotel is upgrading the backyard for more hot tubs and places to just enjoy the outdoors. The beach was flooded but the lake access is underrated. It is stunning. And the local kayak rental is located on the beach. We could've rented kayaks and paddled into the Quilliam-Durrell Reserve behind the hotel. A place to spot all sorts of birds and wildlike. I'd return in the autumn.

The sauna wasn't on so it was cold when we went to use it.

It was really nice stay. And near the water.

The room was nice and clean, it was Hal hour from the Granby zoo that what we was planning for the day. The hotel has restaurant that open at 8 am we didn’t have a chance to try but it was nice to know that there is an option for breakfast. We arrived late so we didn’t really had the chance to enjoy the spa and what it is offer beside the room itself. We arrived after 11 pm and the key was waited for us.

Would love to go back when the place is in full swing, upgrades completed and pool open.

Beautiful location.

Little things were missing. Bowls, empty soap and conditioner containers, the pool was not open as advertised. But a lovely spot and a comfortable bed!

Clean and quit, for the price in that area it was ok.

Very clean room with all the aminities needed. For the area, the price for the 1 night stay was ok. Not noicey dispite construction. Parking available, and easy access to entering at all hours. steam and sauna available.

Pool was not availble as it was under renovations. this was not mentioned at any time while booking. There was alot of construction material in the back of building. Did not take time to explan the facility offerings spa food etc. Was told lake view but was the back of the building near all construction materials.

A lovely place to stay. If we are in the area again, I would definitely stay again.

Our second floor room was nicely appointed and the views were facing East toward a pond and nice vistas beyond. The check in was easy and the breakfast was beyond wonderful.

During our stay the pool area was being re-landscaped and it appears that some of the fitness facilities were still being upgraded. It looks like it's going to be beautiful, when it is all complete.

Very disappointed with this hotel. Won't recommend it.

The beds were comfortable.

There was no breakfast at all, even if it was mention in the reservation. No spa was not available. There was no soft drinks or food offered. Water was cold in the shower. No help to make fire in the fire area. The television were out of order without any mention from the staff. We paid too much for this stay.

The staff, to a person, was extremely helpful and friendly. Eager to help. Lobby and restaurant and bar area well appointed. Free parking. Food delicious.

The bar service on the one night we were there was, no exaggeration, awful....terrible....unbelievable. It was apparent the person behind the bar had NEVER tended bar. Examples..... We were two, alone, at the bar. 25 minutes to be acknowledged let alone served. After ordering, he disappeared for 15 more minutes Gone. No exaggeration and no explanation. We asked a young lady if we coukd order from her and she said she wasn't old enough. He returned I ordered a martini. He disappeared AGAIN. Manager finally showed and explained there was no vermouth. Oh ! Then briefly mentioned staff and supply shortages. Oh ! Original bartender returned, made my martini with RED vermouth. Lastly the kitchen chef comes out and asks how are things. The kitchen chef ? Maybe the inexperienced bartender, however friendly, was a kitchen emplotee pressed into service. He actually served us our dining room meal ? People were more or less apologetic but all anyone had to do was tell us up front what any issues were rather than disappearing and making excuses. Finally, we booked a 2 storey suite. A small, small TV in the living area, really inadequate. And no TV on the 2nd floor. Room wasn't ready when it was supposed to be and the room card keys didn't initially work. An interesting two night to say the least.

GREAT STAFF!

The staff were the best part, the waiter in the restaurant and the chef were amazing and super welcoming. We'll definitely go back only because of the staff.

I specifically booked this place because of the spa and it's wellness center but the hammam was out of order, they said they didn't fix it because it'll take more than 6 months?! And the fireplace was off too. So basically just the jacuzzi and the sauna were available to use.
