Nice location friendly staff.
Very outdated, half the staff doesn’t speak English and wants to communicate with thru a phone. I’m sorry when I’m paying that much money I shouldn’t have to talk to you thru an app and then still didn’t understand so I had to got to front desk just to have someone clean the room.No microwave, no mention of a 100 deposit and no parking like it mentions on the website.

Loved this boutique hotel. The staff were very professional, welcoming and, nice. Rooms are small but very cute and clean. Great wifi. Pool was nice and clean. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. You can't beat the location. The hotel is right off Lincoln Road (restaurants, shopping, outdoor markets, cafes, etc), a half of a block from Collins and just a block from the beach and Ocean Drive.
The restaurant did not serve dinner.

The hotel is in a fantastic location to explore South Beach on foot. Pool was closed for renovation which we were made aware of and we were given complimentary access to the beach club which was also great. Reception was bright an airy with air con and the rooms were big bright and clean.

The property is in an excellent location & the beds are comfortable. The rooms were also clean.
I think the property needs TLC. The lobby is the most beautiful part of the property. You can hear through the walls unfortunately & the room has very poor lighting. The room also doesn’t have a microwave.
