Loved the rooms and location. The service was top notch. Jay and Rafael made my birthday! Appreciate them going the extra mile for my husband and I. We will definitely be back.

Location of Hotel was amazing right by herald square and underground and around the corner from Macy along with a 10 min walk to Times square
It was very noisy and I was on the 11th floor, blinds were very slim so every noise was heard and then all the light came in at sun rise. Also I rang for room service and told there was none and had to go to the bar or reception, asked for a bottle of water and said they only gave this out on the 1st night so had to purchase it from the bar!!
