Newly renovated, nice neighbourhood, spacious room with nice staff

Newly renovated, very close to subway, but also very easy to walk around (we walked to Highline), nice Indian restaurants around the corner, spacious rooms. Very nice staff. 12pm checkout and safe bag storage.

The beds are Full size, not Queen and quite soft. Not a big problem, but a bit tight for our family. :-)

Nice surprise and happy to recommend the hotel.

Room was surprisingly comfortable. Decor was not as fussy as appeared in pics, and the bathroom was a nice size for NYC. Staff was super friendly. Hotel was well located for my work event, but a few blocks outside the typical tourist zone. Walking to restaurants and subway, and easy access to the airports.

Arrived early but missed breakfast. I think the breakfast must have closed around 10 and I arrived just around that time. Not a complaint but something for early arrivals to be aware of.

Good but breakfast needs help

Staff was friendly. Restaurant had tasty food. Overall, it was quiet. Nice lobbies.

Two mornings in a row, the restaurant was out of most of the food, including espresso beans- so no coffee either. The staff tried hard, but the way breakfast was setup also took a long time. Could take 30 minutes to get food.

Location was great. Loved the fresh water jug in the lobby. Chuck Norris was incredibly helpful with directions.

Thumbs up at Park South Hotel!

The staff is awesome. From the bellman, desk staff, housekeepers were professional, intentive, and very welcoming. The restaurant had a great ambiance, and the food and cocktails were a thumbs up.

I really could not think of one thing.

Siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla

Hyvä sijainti, siistit tilat sekä kaikinpuolin ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Juomavettä oli tarjolla aulassa ja pullovettä sai pyytämällä. Huone oli yllättävän tilava ja todella siisti. Viereisestä delistä sai hyviä bageleita yms. ja metro on lähellä. Mäkkärikin löytyy melkein vieressä. Viihdyimme mainiosti.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The staff was wonderfully attentive and thoughtful, the rooms were clean and efficient, and the bed was so comfortable (I spelt great)! Great location, too! Very comfortable, great shower, especially coming in after a late fun night. Very relaxing and private.

Location. Comfortable beds, nice sz room. I’ve stayed here half a dozen times, so familiar with the hotel and the area. Rooftop nice in good weather.

If you buy a drink inside the hotel you can’t bring it (or your complimentary glass of wine) up to the rooftop. Front desk says you can, but bouncer will Not let you go up in the elevator. Rooftop bar is very expensive.

Will definitely come back again.

The property is located in a very central location, with easy access to all parts of the city. It is a very safe location. The room is cosy, staff is friendly and helpful.

Breakfast options could be expanded to included freshly made eggs, some cheese, cold cuts, toast. The current options are rather limited.

Great service, convenient loccation, no breakfast in hotel but great bagel place next door ( very reasonable & delicious food) close to foid shops, bars, subway & midway to all the city attractions. Very clean & lovely friendly staff

Room small & bathroom small for 4 people, but as we were only there to sleep it was fine. It's NYC, But would be better if room was a bit bigger

Very good

The size of the room was bigger than most rooms in NYC. The staff was nice and accommodating. It was clean and quiet. We hardly heard neighbors. I love the little library area!

However the bathroom was tiny and hardly any room for toiletries. Although the location was convenient with subway close by, I still prefer staying uptown where crowd is a bit thinner.

Nice staff and location but a postage stamp of a room

Excellent staff. Good location. Nice bar / restaurant.

The room was a postage stamp....OK, I get it....alot of rooms in NYC especially in the FlatIron are small. But this was ridiculous. Also the heating / cooling system was dodgy. It is supposed to be on a sensor to sense when people are in the room....but it would go from stuffy hot (we set it at 70 degrees F) to unbearably cold especially at night when we were sleeping. Apparently the hotel management didn't get the memo that if the guests sleep comfortably and on a comfortable mattress they will forgive other shortcomings of a hotel....the HVAC didn't help at all in this regards.

Facilities were clean and modern. Staff was friendly. Conveniently located next to the 6 train, and was very affordable.

Small elevator, and no handicap accessibility. Difficult with a small child to get in and out of the hotel.
