The elevator was not working, but staff was eager to operate the freight elevator

Great location for Lincoln Park
Elevator was not working which was not disclosed when booked. Fortunately our room was on second floor so used stairs instead.

I liked the location and the decor of the hotel.
The elevator was down which would’ve been nice to know before arrival or if they’d offered to discount our stay a bit for the inconvenience of having to walk up/down four flights of stairs every time we came and went.

Location, it was walking distance from Wrigley Field.
There was only 1 bed, I was staying with my daughter. No microwave, no refregirater,, no breakfast. Water was 3 dollars a bottle.
