Espectacular como siempre!

Excelente como siempre el Sea View! Hermoso hotel, el personal siempre muy amable y atento, ubicación perfecta. Habitaciones cómodas y muy limpias. La playa en esa zona es un 10.

Looking forward to coming back again

Very pleased with everything, the only negative was the drainage in the bathroom was poor. Toilet, sink and bathtub were not draining

Location, cleanliness, staff, specially staff was very friendly and helpful.

I’ve stayed there before but won’t stay again.

Location Room service was excellent.

I had to park my car in the very hot lot and had to carry my luggage up to the hotel. I pulled up and was told what to do by the valet. He had just totally helped the limo before me. The place is woefully understaffed. The hotel smells like mold. I had no hot water at 7:30 in the morning. I had to leave without a shower.

disappointing, will choose another hotel to stay next time.

Rooms were clean close to the beach

the fire alarm in our room is broken and fell off the roof all of sudden. after we switched to another room, we found that the beds are smaller (queen size to twin size) and the fire alarm again kept making some weird beeping noise all night long. super disturbing.

The room was super clean

The staff was rude they chased us up the drive on our last day telling us our vehicle wasn't registered when it was. The pool or the beach access closes at 5 that makes no sense.

I had a very relaxing stay

Loved the history of the location . It felt very comfortable

Could only get 1 room key to work the entire week. The rooms are very small, shower is very slick.

Very nice stay, would definitely recommend and come back later for a longer stay

Great location with very nice view over the city and bay. The room had a balcony and two large windows. The people working at the hotel was so nice to us and especially our kids. The restaurant was a great experience as well and here the people working there was so nice and chatty. It’s located right at the beach and you can go directly there from the pool area. The pool was heated which was a nice surprise because it was a bit windy the day we arrived.

good location

At our arrival the front desk staff was super Rude , they ask questions that made no sense (request ID for minors) ask how many people on the room . the whole time we felt so uncomfortable walking in to the hotel there was no smiles everyone all grumpy ( maybe cause we visit from the south and we are friendly). we pay a good chunk of money to be treated so bad . if I’m looking for a hotel this would be my last option on my next vacation.

You get what you pay for

The location is great - walkable to Bal Harbour Shops

Rooms are very tired - bathroom fixtures old and decor outdated. We left prescription glasses in the room on Friday and we’re told that the lost and found didn’t open until Monday…

We stayed before a cruise. Distance to port was far but our stay was so nice, we would stay again before a cruise.

The hotel was nice. Location to beach was perfect. Pool was warm. Food was great. service was good.

loved the location on the beach, great beach chairs, great little cafe and corner bay suite with sunrise and sunset views. beach and bay views!

that the pool got shaded so early but the easy access to the beach and they set up beach chairs was great. wish they had food and drink service on the beach,

The lack of staff for cleaning the rooms may be the reason of the poor service

The room was never cleaned (3 days) and coffe supplies for fresh coffe at the room were not provided

Very good

fantastic location! despite the fact that hotel is rather old, everything is kept tidy and in a good condition. There where not many guests in the hotel, everything was quiet and no one disturbed. we’ve arrived at 9 o’clock and have been checked in immediately, that was very pleasant bonus

Superb

Style of hotel was great, bed was super comfortable.Beach and pool were close and well maintained.

Not sure there was any need for parking charges.But everyone seems to charge around Miami.

Adequate for work stay - clean and nice size room - beach is lovely.

The property was clean and the room was a nice size.

The "pool service" staff on the grounds was not pleasant. Saw the "pool service" guy every day and he did not even smile let alone seem helpful. They do not offer food or drink service at the pool or beach so his job is to scowl at people and get them a towel I guess. The beach chairs close promptly at 5 pm so you can't watch the sunset from a beach chair on the beach. I would recommend this for a business hotel more than a resort for these reasons.

Location was perfect. Right near the beach, and it was walkable distance to shopping areas, and restaurants.
