Location and room was clean
I asked for an early check in, I waited a couple of hours and came back and asked again and they said yes the room was ready. They took a $100 deposit which I believed would be refunded when I checked out and they didn’t communicate a charge at check in for early check in, they ended up charging me over $50usd for early check in and I only got the room an hour and 15 minutes early. I would have gladly waited and not paid this amount hey they didn’t communicate it and then were unwilling to refund the amount. So be aware that they will take money and not disclose why until after. It also wasn’t cheap accommodation so it felt unseasonable.

The location, very clean, large rooms, friendly staff, great value
9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
The staff was incredibly friendly and the facility was very clean and light. I was actually in town with a friend who chose to stay at Sofitel one block away and we actually preferred my accommodations. They also offered Tesla charging stations.
The parking garage entrance scraped the bottom of my car every time I entered or exited it regardless of the angle I attempted to position the vehicle.
