We wanted a downtown location, preferably near Little Italy, and not far from the freeways. We were able to walk to restaurants and throughout Little Italy.
The Harborview's parking lot was too small, especially on weekends. Two nights we had to circle the blocks looking for a parking space on the street!

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The room isn’t big, but it’s clean. The location is great. Would definitely stay again!

The location was very good and convienent to Little Italy, Seaport, the harbor etc.
Gigi was very personable and one of the male staff came up to the room to reboot the television
I asked for a room with a balcony and did not get it. We had consistent problems with the televison reception.This was very frustrating. The shower handle was difficult to pull as was the tub shower valve so the water did not fully come out. The hair dryer did not work and i needed to ask for one and then return it. The bottom sheet did not fit the bed. it kept coming off. The hallway carpet was old, worn and dirty. The elevator was very small, you had to wait if others were going down.
