Amazing location! In a safe, quiet area and close to so many cute restaurants and businesses. The staff members were all very kind and helpful. I really appreciated the secure parking garage located under the building. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable enough. Overall, I would happily stay here again!

Great location, right in the heart of Little Italy and less than a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. On Saturday, there's a Little Italy farmers market one block from the hotel. Staff are really helpful, and the check-in process is seamless.
Portable AC can be a little loud but that is expected. I have read it in other guests' reviews when booking this accommodation, so not a dealbreaker for me.

Das Zimmer war sehr basic, und ja, es gab tatsächlich kein Waschbecken. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Klimaanlage funktionierte gut und die Betten waren bequem. Eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Basisausstattung, Kühlschrank (allerdings sehr laut) und Wasserkocher gehörten ebenfalls dazu. Eis sowie heißes und kaltes Wasser standen rund um die Uhr zur Verfügung, und frische Handtücher oder Kaffee bekam man jederzeit auf Anfrage an der Rezeption. Das Personal war freundlich.
Wir haben in zwei von drei Nächten ruhig geschlafen und uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts sicher gefühlt (gatet community). Die Lage ist wirklich hervorragend – mitten in Little Italy, besser geht's kaum.
Sehr einfach – eher Jugendherberge als Hotel. Man sollte hier realistische Erwartungen mitbringen: „Hotel" ist der falsche Begriff – es fühlt sich eher wie eine Jugendherberge an. Das Zimmer war sehr basic, und ja, es gab tatsächlich kein Waschbecken im Bad.
Daher ist ein echter Kritikpunkt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!! Im Vergleich zu den anderen Hotelzimmer auf unserem zweiwöchigen Roadtrip (von San Francisco nach San Diego) schneidet dieses Zimmer extrem schlecht ab. Für ein Herbergszimmer dieser Kategorie wäre etwa die Hälfte des verlangten Preises angemessen gewesen.
