The location was the biggest plus. Being downtown made it easy to walk to the popular nearby spots, which was convenient for a short visit. For the price I paid, it was a decent option for a one-night stay. The room was basic but worked for the night, and having a view wasn’t a priority for me.
The room felt more like an older motel than a hotel, and the noticeable, unpleasant smell was the biggest downside. It didn’t feel up to the same standard as other beach-area hotels I’ve stayed at. I wasn’t expecting luxury for the price I paid, but a fresher-smelling, more inviting room would have made a big difference—even for just one night.

The location of this place is really good being right. Next or right underneath Little Italy. The staff though it seemed at the hotel was recently finished or just starting renovation. The staff themselves seem to be veterans in all fields no matter the position they were doing.
They were very accommodating even when me and my wife booked an earlier day to stay in a minor hotel in which we next day we transition to a more upscaled one that I paid for two to three nights for and when that hotel had a toilet issue that could not be fixed minor meaning the whole toilet had to be removed and repaired. They swiftly accommodated us with a more upgraded room with no questions asked. I only wish that with all of the renovation going on and the potential mess-ups that could arise, they would have made the prices cheaper to make the stay there better. That plus with doing a tad bit better when it comes to their lunch and dinner serving menu. As far as cooking quality my stay was good. I love the morning breakfast and the fact that the bartenders are nice and good at what they do. I would still get a chance to stay there again once the accommodations are done
