The location was wonderful. It was easy to reach from the airport and was located along a public transit line. I was able to easily get around for cheap as a result and had the convenience of plenty of restaurants to choose from when it came to meals. The building manager took very good care of me and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. He made sure my luggage was safe when I arrived early so I could freely explore the city while I waited for the room to be cleaned. He made sure I understood the room security lock system and made himself available to answer any questions I had. He truly was a wonderful host and I couldn’t recommend this little hidden gem enough.
My sole complaint is that the AC is not strong enough for the room. It was incredibly hot during the day to the point where I had to close the blinds to make sure as little sunlight as possible got in. It heated up very quickly.

The location was perfect and the codes needed to get to the apartment made my family and I feel safe!
Some can say the planes flying above are loud but my family loved watching how close they were to the ground

Great customer service from staff onsite.
Directions on how to get to the single unit. The building design is different and confusing upon arrival, as it has separate towers to access units. Needs better instructions.

The location next to the southwest corner of Balboa Park was great, and there were plenty of things within walking distance or a very short drive. There was a lot of space in the unit, and the view was nice.
Although previous guests have complained online about the noise from the commercial planes flying overhead, that was not bad at all. What WAS bad was how thin the walls were in the building. I could hear someone in a neighboring unit lightly clearing their throat as if they were in the next room with the door open. A few women were talking loudly in a nearby room, and it sounded like they were shouting.
The check-in instructions are a bit lengthy and confusing because there are three separate doors to enter just to get into your room. Free parking is at a minimum; there is metered, paid street parking that is always available, but you have to look around on neighboring blocks if you want free parking.
