Professional and friendly front desk personnel. Location for us was perfect.
Cleanliness could be improved. Several areas in the bathroom appeared to have black mold. 🥲

Excellent proximity to the heart of Little Italy. Staff kind and helpful. Felt like a European hotel, basics, clean, all the basic amenities.
Parking is not easy, especially if you desire free. Paid lots abound but reviews hit or miss. Hotel staff recommended one nearby for $25 but our patience paid off, we found free parking a block away.

A great place to visit San Diego, very kind staff, good facilities and very nice and comfortable room.
Really nice neighborhod, with a lot of restaurants and cafés around.
Also you're right on top of the Little Italy Market, so you can just exit the hotel and get your market needs.
We went to San Diego Comic Con, and the hotel is just 30 minutes walking and about 15 minutes by tram.
Totally would recommend.

2nd floor king bed. the room was directly above an alley way where a bakery coffee shop backed up to it. First evennging about 4am someone in the alley emptied what sounded like a bag of bottles into a dumpster loudly, then every morning about 430 am staff for the bakery would congregate in the alley behind the bakery to coffee and smoke, talking LOUDLY throughout the week hours of the am. This was most discomforting after flying from the east coast and losing the 3 hours time difference. we would not stay in this place again.
