Worst stay ever, had to argue to get refund no accommodation to move to another room and no response from management

Location was good for what we were looking for

Customer service was not the best called the front desk for an argument in the room next door and no answer had to go down to the office to wake up host

Comfy bed & pillows, staff was quick to help & very helpful, nice breakfast. AMAZING sunset view of the hills from my westside room with a wide cushioned window seat, also could enjoy from bed.

Renovating 1/2 the hotel so elevator was out of order.

Stay away from this place until construction is completed. Miserable

When finished it will look nice. Location was good

The hallways were 90 degrees and the room was never under 76 degrees. My family was sweating at night. The manager needs to get with the contractors doing the remodel and learn how to isolate the hallways under construction from the guests hallways. Hang viscxqeen for a temporary wall or something. All of the windows of one wing of the motel were open 24-7 and it was 100 degrees outside. The doors were removed from said rooms causing all that hot air to occupy the guest area. Miserable conditions for the price we paid. The elevator was out of service as well as the fitness room. They couldn’t even offer a requested fan to offset the hot rooms. This would have been expected for a $50 a night shack, but not worthy of a Windham property through booking.com.

nice comfortable room and friendly helpful staff.

comfy beds, nice shower and bath. Coffee in room, plus in lobby. The morning food items had a nice selection of items.

We had a small problem with our air conditioner, but it was resolved pretty fast.

loved the reading nook up against the window but softer sheets and blankets are necessary

easy to get to and kind staff

bed was super uncomfortable, other guests were loud and woke me up multiple times, outlet didn’t work, had to ask for a plug for the bath but the staff was helpful with that

beautiful Inn. location great, right off the freeway. close to eating and only 7 mins from where I needed to go, family reunion

Front desk staff were very friendly, and pleasant.

I didn't like that I had a lady from room service peeking in my outside (first floor) window 2 hours before checkout time on my last day. It was a little creepy to be honest. A simple knock on the room door would've been the way to go. I would've answered and told them when I would be out of the room.

the breakfast was terrible. should not advertise that they include breakfast. our room had no towels, soap, shower curtain. staff was prompt getting us what we needed.

The room was a nice size, however, not equipped for my disable daughter and sister. Breakfast was so so , however, the coffee and juices were great. Bagels but no cream cheese.

Not enough handicapped room or toliet seat extenders for guest with handicapped needs.

Superb

The room was clean although it did have a smell of urine in it. Everything else was exceptional staff was great and the breakfast bar was a welcomed site for the morning.

Would choose another hotel unless you have a dog with you.

Location.

It is supposed to be smoke free but the smell of cannabis was very strong. Dogs everywhere, one couple having trouble getting theirs back in the room. I think dog owners should be on one floor. The hall carpet was very messy with bits of rubbish.
