Employee at check in allowed me to check in early by 20 minutes because I got there early. She was so nice and very detailed. Great customer service!

The location
Nice big room but awkward desk chair (no rollers) and lacked furniture. No where to sit other than the awkward desk chair or bed.

On the day we were to leave for Tracy, we heard about the horrendous fire filling the town with thick black smoke. I emailed to cancel the reservation as we had heard the town was telling visitors NOT to come to Tracy. I asked for and NEVER RECEIVED my refund. I will not go thru Booking.Com ever again.
