2 star property, sums it up

Biscuits and gravy was above average.

Few concerns. Upon check-in, the desk clerk was verifying people's phone numbers ( eventually learned it was needed to text you door code to get in room, and other facilities) I'm 65+ and could hear several people's numbers. 2. A 100.00 "damage deposit" put on my card I wasn't informed about. Finally saw a discreet sign saying I would get my deposit back if no damages and didn't violate property rules (what rules?) 3. Room doors don't close tightly, they rattle , striker needs adjusting. 4. I was a 2 day stay, my door code was deactivated after 1st day and I had to go back down to the lobby to get a new code. Desk clerk actually extended the old one. 5. I had 3 "Temporary " holds put on my credit card. 1st was my full 2 day plus the 100.00 damage deposit, 2nd was the room charge only and 3rd one was just the damage deposit. 6. Saw 1 cockroach in my room. 3. I didn't sign anything upon check-in to confirm room rate

not bad but I've had better I expect much more from this location I will give them one more try but

I love the location and have been staying there for over 10 years it is convenient for me to get to all of my destinations and having all of the food selections on the property is a big plus.

I don't like the fact that I stayed there for 12 days and my room was only cleaned twice yet when I went to the counter to ask to have room cleaned I was met with a very nasty clerk who told me that I was told on check in their policy yet in my room was a card that said and I quote Room to be green "Let's work together to conserve water and energy resouces.Towels and linens will be replaced every third day of your visit.If you would like service more frrequently ,please contact the front desk."So I truly don't know why I got an attitude from the desk clerk just wish I got her name.

The staff

Everything the room was not clean the beds was very dirty and the room smells very bad. I couldn’t sleep all night. And I checked out early. The carpet was wet feeling. It smells like someone was smoking in the room. The bathroom door don’t close. Make up was on the pillowcase. The bed had piss spots on it. And food on the bed. I am not happy. I had to go to work sleepy and my daughter was very tired going to school😡😡

Pleasant

Reasonably priced, especially for a place with so many amenities. Free breakfast isn’t great or healthy but it’s substantial and all you can eat. There also seems to be a gym and a pool though I didn’t try those myself. Plenty of nearby convenient food options.

Quite loud in the morning, well before checkout time. Thin walls as far as noise goes.

I like all the conveniences of it's location. The staff that we interacted with was helpful and polite, especially Michelle on the desk.

That rooms were very dated, one of our rooms the wall literally had pieces falling off, our other room the AC had issues as well as some electrical issues. One room was cleaned better than the other when we checked in. Breakfast could have had better options, and the area could have been cleaned more than once.

disappointing as I stayed the week before at another chain close by which was less expensive and awesome.

1st room I was assigned had awful smell. I asked the desk for another room. better, but faced I-95 interstate. truck noise all night was dreadful. Entrance door was ajar so had to lift it some to get it to close.

I like the location and that the rooms were clean except for a repugnant smell coming from the carpet.

The bad odor coming from the carpet. The humidity stayed within the room. The bathroom extractor didn't do its job to take it out. The odor was so bad that the hotel staff had battery-operated fragrance sprays to mask the smell. The breakfast was poor and unhealthy. They offered synthetic eggs and thin slices of sausage. The front staff needs more training on professional customer service.

Disappointing

No housekeeping staff to clean room unless we tell the front desk when we arrived,how are customers supposed to know that?Dead cockroaches behind the refrigerator.

Convinient location close to the highway, comfortable beds.

Toilet was clogged at the arrival and stayed clogged during my stay. Coffe pot at the breakfast was emty and I couldn't wait until it was refilled. Too expensive for the facilities and breakfast that were offeered.
