The good:
The man at the office was very friendly, and we appreciated that. He allowed us to sit on the deck outside 205 it was 205 right let's just see since no one was staying in that room. Very kind of him.
Our room was missing a smoke detector, which was fixed promptly.
The room was bright, charming, and cheerful, and the view was fabulous.
One fairly major problem:
The room smelled strongly of Pine-Sol or another chemical cleaner. We had all the windows and doors open for 3 hours, and the smell was still very strong and extremely unpleasant. There was still some odor left the next morning.
There is no need to use that much chemical cleaner. In fact, you don't need chemical cleaners at all. If that is how much you usually use, I am surprised you haven't had complaints before. People with sensitivies to chemicals would not be able to tolerate even stepping into that room.
All that said, I'd definitely come back and perhaps request that no chemical cleaners be used in my room beforehand.
