Friendly welcome. Clean room. Seating area under a shady tree on the lawn.
Noisy air conditioner. I would have liked some tea bags as well as the coffee. One of us likes tea the other likes coffee.

We got the suite because there was a mistake in the system and the room we originally booked was not available. We lived it. It was renovated and very clean. I would recommend to put some dish soap (we used the dishes but could not wash them). Maybe salt and basic spices. They are not expensive but it adds a touch of comfort. Morning was noisy because of the trucks on the road. Otherwise - we really enjoyed our stay
I would add dish soap, salt, spices, a kettle, some teas - all depends on how comfortable you want the guests to feel.
