The facility is great but most importantly its location is amazing - walking distance to the ferry terminal to Quadra Island, downtown shopping centre and restaurants, museums, and trails.

The location and overall cleanliness
Charging high prices for very little comfort in the hotel room. The property took my credit card for “incidentals” upon check in even though I’d prepaid - may be typical hotel policy - but there was literally nothing to charge to the room. Fridge was empty, etc. charging 5 star pricing without luxury is certainly curious.
