Sehr hübsches Hotel in zentraler Lage

Sehr nettes Personal, immer super hilfsbereit und offen für alle Fragen; die Lage war top, besser geht es gar nicht, man war mitten im French Quarter, Zimmer war sauber, Anlage ist sehr schön, man bekommt kostenloses Wasser

Boden hätte auch mal durchgewischt werden können

Stay here for a great location in the French Quarter and a pretty hotel

This is in a perfect location in the French Quarter! We loved this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful for the price.

The room was very clean, comfortable and updated. Location convenient in quieter part of French Quarter. Front desk friendly and helpful when asked.

It would be nice if they offered some good brewed coffee and some simple breakfast pastry or something in the morning to enjoy in the courtyard. There are outside options 1 to 2 blocks away, but still. There was rain the 2nd night of stay and the pool appeared dirty for next 3 days so never used. Room fridge would be nice since no food or drink available at hotel.

So enjoyable!

My stay at Chateau hotel was so good. Great location, very secure, clean and quiet. The courtyard was BEAUTIFUL and the room was awesome. I had the king room with the balcony overlooking the courtyard which was *chefs kiss* superb. The location is wonderful, a very short jaunt to places in the French Quarter as well as Bourbon Street. I stayed in the middle of May so it wasn't inundated with tourists and had an amazing time.

I really have no complaints. It was really perfect for me.

it was a great central location in French Quarter! walkable to everywhere

my suggestion is some blackout curtains, a mini fridge in the rooms and a shelf and light in the shower would enhance the property

Excellent staff and very clean, would come back again.

Extremely friendly staff, who were so, so helpful. Pool was also nice and the hotel was quiet despite being located in a busy area.

Our room did not have a window. Housekeeping also came very early.

Lovely inn in a perfect location

Great location and friendly amazing staff. Michael, who helped us with our luggage and car was outstanding-very kind and helpful! Front desk and cleaning staff were also great.

A fine stay. Staff is your best asset. Brittney at the front desk was helpful, kind, competent.

The location is terrific. The Chateau is right in the heart of the French Quarter. I did not like that our room had no window and the room and hallway had a stale smell. The bed was comfortable.

The pool was not clean and the fountain was green. I did not swim in the pool because it was dirty and I didn't enjoy the green fountain.

My experience

The location was close to the market (but they had no vendors) and many shops/restaurants walking distance. The staff was friendly. The tv worked. WiFi available

There was mold all over bathroom ceiling and floor boards. My allergies went crazy. The lights turned on and off by themselves at night multiple times. The door has only a key lock not very secure. The air conditioning was cold but the only way to adjust it was on or off works on a light switch hidden behind tv. There is no temperature control. The parking is hard to find. Cost $35 a night with no security and is down the road and across the street from hotel. I won’t go back glad I only stayed one night.
