The location was great for us, good value.
The stairs were covered in ice and snow, very dangerous.

Good parking, close to amenities
Parking lot and around building had a lot of trash and railings and stairs weren’t very safe (very wobbly), rooms weren’t super clean as had garbage from previous guests stashed under beds and lipstick was on one of the pillows

So close to red lobster and other places
And the staff was so welcoming and helpful
I didn’t like the huge pillar in the drive way too much but we got around it

Location was centrally located.
Original room was provided with a door that did not lock, required repairs and needed to be aired out Night staff had to be convinced that a different room was needed even after admitting that room repairs and cleaning was necessary.
