Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Beds were super comfy.
The breakfast area setup was awkward. The vending machines seemed quite outdated

Kind, friendly and helpful staff. Especially Nilda at front desk.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast choices were okay.
This was rated as a 5 ⭐ hotel, but....
There were no safety bars on the tub.
The fridge wasn't working when we arrived.
You had to use very thin paper plates and plastic cutlery for breakfast.
There was no decaf coffee in the breakfast room.
