Great location, spacious rooms, free water refills, and friendly staff. Really good value for money.
Breakfast was the same every day, but it was still convenient to have it included and not have to look for a place to get breakfast and coffee.

- Excellent location in a walking distance to many attractions and right by the metro station.
- Koreatown area provides tons of dining options.
- Comfortable room with everything I needed.
- Great toiletries (soap/shower gel, shampoo, conditioner).
- Breakfast had no variety and was identical on all 6 days I was there, with very limited choices - very cheap cheese, white bread and really oily bulky croissants (no other bread or pastry options).
- Shocking to see that a 3-star hotel uses plastic and paper forks, knives, spoons and cups at breakfast. Such an unneccessary waste.
- Elevators are overloaded - you have to wait a long time for an elevator almost at all times of the day.
- Loved tea/coffee in the reception area, but there was only black tea and no milk.
