Convenient property in central business district. Inside was exceptionally clean. Breakfast was varied and tasty with good protein options. For the price paid, it was well worth it.
The parking is kinda terrible. In the very hot summer, this is a problem and probably the biggest downside to staying here. One front desk person was great and the other was dismissive, so an overall score of 'mediocre' on customer service. Those are the two things that changed this from an exceptional property to just 'good'

It was definitely clean which was a positive! While the hotel resembles the pictures online they are definitely embellished to seem more nice than it actually is. Somehow accurate and deceiving at the same time. I was definitely bummed upon arrival after thinking how nice it was from the pics online.
NOT a fan of the area. Felt sketchy. I was traveling alone with my 2 little ones and I did not feel safe walking with them to and from my car. Bums would walk through the parking lot. Empty beer cans were in front of my car in the rocks when we went to go grab dinner. Not a good area of down town.
