I had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Nicole was absolutely wonderful and made the entire experience so much better. The one-bedroom suite was nice with a balcony and view of the pool and beach. It was Pet-friendly and very spacious. I liked that there was a restaurant on the premises and a free breakfast in the morning. The food was good and the pool looked nice, but did not get to go in it. We walked to the beach and it was really nice. The beds were really comfortable and the room had newer carpet and paint, it also had a kitchen with a full size refrigerator.
The valet parking was the only option and very limited. Our room had a stack washer and dryer that was old and needed to be replaced. It made loud noises and the little packet of detergent costs $5.00 from their little shop. The door to the room barely locked and looked like someone tried to break in at some point. It also needs to be replaced. That was kind of scary.
