This is a beautiful Guest House in the equally beautiful Lougheed location. Lougheed is such a nice, easy going neighbourhood, full of amenities. The Hosts were very friendly and approachable. The lady of the house was so thrilled when I told her I was a touring musician. The hosts upgraded me to the upstairs room, which I very much appreciated. It was clean, spacious and even had a desk where I was able to work. I would strongly recommend this accommodation to anybody looking for accommodation in the Tri-Cities.

The 152 bus does not travel the full length of Austin, which is inconvenient. Best to travel to Blue Mountain stop, then walk down the hill to the accommodation.

I'm not a fan of staying in a room in someone's house, but it was surprisingly great. Clean, quiet; I felt like at home. Special thanks to the owners for being such great and welcoming hosts!
