the ambience is very nice I enjoyed that you can see the parking spaces from your window so you can keep an eye on your vehicle. lots of stores and food places nearby the hotels right next to a huge shopping mall !!
our room keys kept malfunctioning not allowing us to enter our room or leave the parking lot we had to change our keys a total of 3 times which was annoying but the staff was super quick about it and apologized

The room was super clean, the breakfast was excellent, the facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The location is just outstanding, a very safe neighborhood close to the restaurants, walks, Culver City downtown, etc.
Noise from the highway in the room was terrible. They only have queen beds in the room on the highway side. Having that, I was staying with my kids, so the king’s bed was not an option. But the noise was so loud that I could barely sleep for the first few nights. The only solution the hotel proposed is to use “earplugs," which I cannot do for safety reasons.
