PREÇO ÓTIMO, A FUNCIONARIA DA RECEPÇÃO NOS AJUDOU, POIS SOU BRASEIRO E NAO FALO INGLÊS, ELA TEVE MUITA PACIÊNCIA.

A PORTA DO QUARTO ESTAVA FRAGIL E DETERIORADA, ELA TRANCAVA MAS DEIXAVA UM POUCO DE INSEGURANÇA.

The price was high and it had roaches.

I liked its proximity to Salem, Lexington/Concord and the other areas we visited. Also the restaurant right next to it, Kowloon, is fantastic.

The roaches in the room, the horrible water pressure, the fact that nothing ever felt really clean, the crappy sheets and bedding and the flattest pillows I've ever had to use. The radiator dial/screen was cracked so it was hard to make out if we had the heat or AC on or even what temperature the room was. They never gave us enough towels and we could hear our neighbors TV all night long.

Very nice

Staff was attentive and helpful when an issue with the door arose. Room was spacious and felt clean and comfortable.

The air unit needed some maintenance, made squeaky noises off and on as parts moved.

Disappointing

Location was good the hotel is okay it does need a facelift the first room I had the toilet kept running I had to change rooms the second room had a hole in the bathroom door about 12 in and height by about 8 in wide that was patched with the worst pass job I've ever seen in my life

someone kept messing with lock and staff did nothing they also blew pot smoke into my room they were caught twice and staff did nothing but said get away from door once

What I always notice at a business is if the staff greet you every time I walked in I was greeted it did not matter what time if they were customers phones ringing they greeted everybody that goes very far with me

The heat in the AC unit in the room should have been replaced it worked but not like it should have they only last a couple years I used to install these years ago when I was a kid

I will not visit this hotel again.

only 20 minutes to Boston and the free parking. the price is good

the hotel had a weird smell all over, like cigarette smoke mixed with bathroom cleaner. we paid extra for a premium king room, supposedly had free snacks and drinks. it had three snacks One water One juice for a room that’s for Two people. the sink is outside the bathroom in the hallway. the pillows were not comfortable. the coffee maker is old and was on a desk that had no plug to use it.

Housekeeping did a wonderful job preparing the room it was perfect welcoming and spotless good job Maria

The staff was outstanding extremely friendly and great eye contact and were genuine with their responses I must highlight the front desk clerk she was amazing and absolute hard worker and should be recognized for her long hours that she puts in and dedication to the company

I would suggest to put A new electric outlet located at the sink as the iron would not stay plugged in and kept falling out of the outlet. The USB ports on the nightstand between the beds also we're not working.

This was the cleanest hotel with the most amenities for the price that I have ever stayed at. Very highly recommend.

Pleasant Hotel For Halloween

Comfortable, convenient for Halloween in Salem, friendly front desk staff, good price

The confirmation email, and sign on the door, said check-out was noon. Around 11:20am we were told it was 11am. I was relieved we weren't charged, or our morning disrupted further, but it made for a stressful departure. If the check-out time has changed, it was never communicated.
