availability, location, and price value combination. Even though there was nobody at the reception after 11 pm, the person on the phone responded right away, found my name quickly, and provided me with a password and a room number.
The breakfast room was not cleaned for some time, over a month at least.

Best breakfast, with large variety of foods!
Just the location (on a dead-end) and perhaps the size of the room, but the king-size bed fit into it perfectly!

I think that this place does a great job for what it is. Its location is not ideal being near the Dane county landfill. However, they had breakfast ready early everyday I stayed there, I came back to my room to fresh linens/towels/soap/etc, and my bed was made. The continental breakfast offerings were alright (biscuits and gravy, cereals, waffle press, juice, coffee, etc). To me, it feels like they're really trying to run a legit hotel operation and they care about their customers. Take it for what it is but at least they are doing the little things right
