I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A RECEIPT FROM THEM NOW FOR OVER A WEEK AND THEY SAY THEIR SYSTEMS ARE DOWN................PATHETIC

Pleasent because of the view

Location so close to the beach . We stayed in the Beachside tower - direct access to the beach without having to go through the lobby.

The continental breakfast- the room the staff the food offered all left a lot to be desired. Went once did not go again No teabags in the room

Hawaii was an excellent experience and Alohilani played a big part in it.

hotel was very close to the beach.

the swimming pool was a bit smaller than expected. Children couldn't get a chance to use the pool, as adults filled up the pool.

Great family place to holiday if you can afford it. The beach and water were perfect.

We loved the location, right on the beach, restaurants every where, easy to walk any where and felt very safe. The room was very clean and well presented.

Leaving and the cost of living in the area, it is expensive, but there are cheaper food options if your on a budget.

Don’t think the value for money was there

Location was amazing, right across from Waikiki beach.

The pillows were so soft, may as well didn’t have one. The fixed shampoo, conditioner, body wash etc that were on the wall were all empty. The reception was very slow, 20 minutes to get a toilet key - not practical

Overall a very good experience but would be better if the walls are a bit more sound proof.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The amenities were great.

Viaggio di nozze speciale

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura per una tappa del nostro viaggio di nozze e siamo rimasti più che soddisfatti. Sapevano che era la nostra honeymoon e ci hanno fatto una sorpresa facendoci trovare alcune delizie tipiche hawaiane in camera. Struttura molto bella situata in posizione strategica a Waikiki. Vista dalla camera spettacolare. Ottimo il servizio della piscina gratuito con possibilità di ordinare un drink dal bar. Noi abbiamo preso una buonissima Pina colada (cara ma in linea con i prezzi della zona). Possibilità di self parking presso la struttura per 48 dollari al giorno.

Amazing room, from the size to the most coveted Waikiki beach view and the availability of the pull away bed was readily available as a prior request.

The safety box didn’t work, unable to unlock after putting in the code. Decided not to use it for entire stay. We had the impression that the toilet wasn’t flushing correctly on our 3rd night but was told it was after waiting for housekeeping to check. Both incidents’ response time could be improved.

Double charged me &nits been weeks still unresolved. Bad customer service, no one ever answered at the front desk or was avail to help- not worth paying that much

Great Staff and beautiful location

The staff went out of their way to help us. They even walked us all the way through. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and the hotel is spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a convenient location and easy walking access.

Not happy to pay for parking when I’m kamaaina and it’s advertised for free

Close to the beach

The carpet was dirty and felt dirty under my feet. It didn’t seem like the carpet was ever cleaned. I also had to pay for parking when I’m kamaaina with a valid ID. According to the front desk, it wasn’t enough to prove that I live here.

Very enjoyable

Breakfast was good. However, when I booked the hotel it said breakfast included… but it was just continental breakfast for 2 per day (there was 4 of us) So I was surprised we didn’t get the full breakfast for 4 of us.
