We had an oceanfront room on a high floor so the view from our room and balcony was amazing and cost much less than similar rooms in the area. The pool and bar area were great and the staff were helpful and courteous. The hotel is located in a good spot for shops and places to eat and is directly opposite the beach, we definitely have no complaints.
Some areas looked a little "tired" but that did not detract from the great time we had there. Should we get the opportunity to go to Honolulu again this hotel will be the first place we'll try for availability.

The location was outstanding! Staff was very nice. Location to all shops are right outside the front door. Many options for food. No sand bugs on the beach!!! It was not as rainy on this Island during Oct/Nov months
Pool opens late if you’re on California time! Powder creamer for coffee. Pillows are flat.
Noisy if you’re getting an Ocean view room. I did pay for an ocean view. Not a partial view and was charged extra again for an ocean view. Noisy by the Tiki bar, book away from that and get a higher level if possible
