Proximity to starting area of Santa Barbara 100 bike ride.
Shower was moderately warm and unwelcome Sat. Morning prior to start of bike ride.

The location was close to East Beach. The beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh and clean. We slept very well every night!
The walls in the unit had unfinished painting. The window in the bathroom wouldn't stay up for ventilation. The cleaner used had a strong smell.

Good location near the beach & pleasant walking neighborhood. Our room was recently remodeled and much nicer inside than it looked like it would be from the outside.
The outside areas really need updating, the place looks like an old apartment building turned into a motel. The pool area is right outside many rooms & must be v noisy in summer. Our room price was pretty steep for what we got (but then, it IS Santa Barbara)
