I had an exceptional stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me with everything! The location is perfect, with the beach right in front of the hotel, and they conveniently offer free bike rentals. The courtyard is a very relaxing space, and the rooms were great.

I liked the location, Keurig machine, robes.
Iron but no ironing board, musty smell in room, ac adequate but old school wall unit behind a boarded up slated wall.

Nice location and pool at Monte Mar was great
TV streaming did not work, no real coffee, only one robe in room, even though reported all to front desk and TV never was fixed. One FD staff said they had been having trouble “ever since the thunderstorms a few days ago ago” yet was not offered any compensation even after emailing the property directly
