I was disappointed at the overall quality of the hotel, but the staff was wonderful.

The staff was very, very friendly and enjoyable to interact with. They were the only exceptional aspect of this hotel.

First off, we landed at 11:50pm and were out front by 12:10am. When I called to get the airport shuttle, the person at the front desk said it stopped at midnight. Nowhere on the website does it say that. We had to wait 25 minutes for a taxi (there were no Ubers available) that cost us $20 without tip. The room was very worn with no attention to decor. I expected a little more paying $200 per night. I could live with all this but my deal breaker is noise. The walls were terribly thin and we were able to hear conversations and their TVs. The occupants above our room were extremely noisy with kids running back and forth until midnight. I had earplugs and a pillow over my head and still couldn't fall asleep until they stopped. There are lots of choices for hotels near the airport. I would not stay at this one again. Let me repeat - the staff was wonderful from front desk to shuttle driver (we were able to shuttle for our return flight) to breakfast staff. They were the high point and I will say the beds were comfortable.

A good base to stay for the airport

Hyatt place room 131. Immaculate, spacious, incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Loved having lots of pillows as well. Excellent Wifi connection. Also the room was quiet, as was the lobby. Pool works well and fitness Center has a decent set of weights and treadmills. Sweat towels also provided. The included breakfast wasn’t the most generous but it worked for me with buttery scrambled eggs, cinnamon raisin toast and butter, and granola (amongst a few other options).

Only caveat on the room was it had a weird smell, particularly in the lounge area: a whiff of old urine.

Overpriced, breakfast was surprisingly BAD. It has been getting worse and worse. Coffee only in AM

We like that they allow pets. (Mine is a certified ESA so he's coming with me anyway.)We have been staying here for years. Either in my name or my husbands name. We have stayed here about 65 times total. I hate to say it but this Hyatt is going downhill VERY quickly. Not worth the HYATT price or name any more.

The stay wasn’t worth Hyatt price we might as well had went to best western

the hotel staff automatically assumed that our room smelled like weed. they said that other guests reported the smell. but they never said it was our room and I started thinking to myself that there are a thousand vents in the hotel.

We asked for a shower and were told they could accommodate us but they gave us a room with a tub. The room had handicapped on the wall outside the door and that was the only thing handicapped about the room. Otherwise the room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast offerings were very good.

The staff was welcoming and nice. The location was good. You are located by plenty to eat and there's shopping.

We had issues with the sheets and duvet not being clean. There were bugs spotted. The staff did offer clean sheets and to try and switch the room we took the new sheets but they weren't clean. The bathroom needs ventilation it get hot in there after a shower you have to slide open the door a little. The breakfast wasn't the best they had the regular stuff for breakfast cereal, muffins, etc. but for the price, I figured there would have been more of a variety.

This stay was better than expected!

What I liked about the breakfast was that it was complimentary/included in the price.

What I did not like was that there were no styrofoam/"to go" cups.

location of property is easy access to and from hwy 95. has a really good restaurant next door open until 930 at time of my stay.

Pillows were horrible, not support or fluff. They provide large shower shampoo, condition and shower gel. Unfortunately, I had two shower gels and a conditioner. No shampoo, good thing I travel with my own.
