Hotel staff is very friendly and efficient. Great location and super nice lobby.
Two large chairs in our room were stained and definitely need to be cleaned or replaced.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and bathrooms!
The bed was hard and ac wasn’t comfortable.. I’d get hot then cold.. wasn’t regulated!

Friendly and helpful staff…
…which is good because we had to switch rooms three times. The air conditioning in the first room didn’t work which is a non-starter in Savannah, Georgia in mid-June. The second room had an overwhelming urine smell (pet friendly hotel). The third room was good. We paid in advance with total cost to cancel. If the third room wasn’t available we would have been out of luck. In addition, the noise from the interstate was ever present but we got used to it.
