Good location

A few niggles (mentioned below) that meant an 8 rating instead of a 10 but would stay again.
There was a dusty spot in the corner of my room (including some hair), which did not get cleaned for 4 days despite specifically mentioning it at the front desk.
There was a piece of paper and a single sock under the sink which should have been cleaned up before check-in.
Pre check-in email and message was supposed to have links but the links were not active. Same with post check-out email.
Check-out instructions said the final invoice will be emailed. Had to message them to get it and even then received what looked like a screenshot of a pdf.

The breakfast was nice, even though my buddy did not arrive early enough to get a cheese omelet. The TV, as in most hotels, didn't have the network stations I like to watch, although I didn't spend the time to look at evey one. I recall that there was no radio, so public radio listening was out, except in my defective earbuds. The lobby decor, carpets, and such were beautiful.
No radio in our room. The cheese omelets didn't last until 8;30 (as I recall the time). No locatable network television stations. Parking was a long, confusing walk, although property size limits such conveniece; more signage could make finding our car easier.

The location, the beds were very comfortable and the hotel was pretty clean overall.
Our room window faces a wall and you can’t see anything. The breakfast food wasn’t the best, and Room 315 needs the door repaired. If you don’t slam the door behind you, it won’t close all the way, and anyone can enter while you’re out

Pool was not heated, jet tub in the hotel room extremely small, pool was inoperable…. Also, tub & sink drain were both clogged.
