Water station in lobby, location was convenient.
The lack of towels in room, only 2 with a 4 night stay and having to ask for clean towels, shower had no lip so water all over floor, elevator had issues and when we told staff they were argumentative. Lobby ran out of coffee multiple days, only last day we were offered to use breakfast area. When we made reservations, we thought breakfast was included. The dining area at night was open but they put up barriers as an unwelcoming gesture to actually come in. First night we went in about an hour before closing and was told it would be better if we went somewhere else to get something to eat. Similar set up a few days later but we only wanted a drink that evening. We were treated as an intrusion more than guests. Our daughter just moved to area, we will be looking for a different place to stay next time.
