Excellent host! Upgraded to a cabin next to the spa. What a treat! The cabin was perfect for the one night with everything you could ever want!! Lovely patio and very quiet.

I thought it was a very roomy and comfortable, clean and well appointed. I suppose the location couldn't have really been much better but other than the tiny beach and ice cream stand within walking distance, there isn't much else around.
I think this place is best for couples planning on staying a few days.
It took awhile to get checked in b/c no one was around and the check -in area is kinda messy and disorganized. However, they were not expecting me as I had booked the wrong weekend and the owner graciously made the change without charging me and even gave me an upgrade at no extra cost.
The air conditioner either needs cleaning or is underpowered. I had it on it's lowest setting and on turbo and I still found it too warm in the room.
The TV isn't in the best of locations as I hit my head on the corner of it twice going in and out of the room.
I also found the walls a bit thin. My neighbours were quite noisy.
Overall, those were minor as I did leave the motel with a bad taste in my mouth b/c the few brief interactions I had with the 'other' owner were unpleasant. She wasn't very friendly, didn't ask how my stay was and made me feel like she wished I wasn't there and/or she was someplace else.

The location was great, I love the self check-in option! Room was very clean, we have stayed here in the past and had an amazing experience.
I was pretty disappointed there wasn't any epsom salts in our room this year. We also booked a bonus night since we have had such a great experience in the past and because of that, needed toilet paper and extra towels. No one was around the front office the entire day, we tried messaging and calling and got no answer. We were left completely high and dry and had to get some toilet paper from the convenience store down the street. Woke up to some on our doorstep at checkout but, it was wayyyy to late at that point. I also saw other rooms who needed into the office to ask a question and had the same problem.
