The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was very good. The young boy at the reception helped me print some papers I needed for my work!
The swimming pools were too cold. The TV doesn't have streaming channels.

Comfortable bed. Location. Friendly staff. Large room.
Toilet was plugged. Staff came to unplug it with plunger and was about to leave thinking he'd unplugged it but he clearly hadn't so I asked him to flush it again and sure enough it was still plugged. I had to leave and he said he was going to get a "larger" plunger. When we returned the toilet still needed three flushes and still plugged. The tub drain was also plugged. When he initially arrived to our room he went straight to the tub and I said, no it's actually the toilet that's plugged. Obviously he knew from previous complaints that the tub was plugged and the toilet. The bathroom smelled like musty sour BO from I think the shower curtains and the plugged drain.

Nice to have a separate bedroom for the kiddos. Two pools to choose from! Staff were friendly. Beds were very comfortable.
A little pricey for an outdated motel, but seemed comparative to others in Trail.

Comfy beds, 2 pools and a hot tub. Some highway traffic noise (but to be expected due to the location).
Found garbage items (popcorn, used earplugs) under the bed when we arrived. Housekeeping did not vacuum or clean under the bed after the last guests. Hot tub temperature was warm, not hot.
