Location
So many 'Do' and 'dont' signs everywhere are baffling and feel hostile. Perhaps a colour coded Green for go ahead and use and red for private would be less threatening. Seems like they've had young, reckless guests in the past. Not being able to adjust aircon in Room 201 is unhelpful because it was too cold. Would be great to have a kettle in the room. Mine was not the room in the picture

Loved the private bathroom.
It was close to the history . There is a wonderful pho restaurant right beside it
The traffic noise was a little loud. Nothing that earplugs couldnt fix m.
The laundry detergent used to wash the sheets is SUPER strong smelling. Maybe use a fragrance free brand
