The location was perfect for me, it was right where I wanted to stay. The room was clean and the front desk help were friendly.
The room was quite bare and not comfortable. There wasn't a comfortable chair or sofa to sit on, just the 4 hard wooden chairs at the table. I was very disappointed in the room because many years ago this place was borderline luxurious. Comfy beds, comfy chairs/sofas, carpeting and was warm and inviting. I lived nearby and had friends stay there multiple times.
The water pressure was very poor here too.
For the price, I expected more than just a "bare bones necessity" type room. I could've stayed across the street or down the street a bit and had a much more comfortable, cozy room. It's quite obvious they keep it so bare so it's easy to clean.
