The breakfast was pretty good. But I would have liked to have had the same thing every morning instead of every day being different. Keep the sausage and get rid of the potatoes. And put a little seasoning in the eggs.
When we woke up the day after getting there, my son had some bites on his foot. I thought maybe it was bed bugs. But the staff was really nice and had our room checked while we were at the parks. They discovered it was a mosquito, so that was good. I was really happy they took the extra effort to check on that and replace the bedding.
The door is not flush with the ground. That needs to be fixed. That could have been the reason how the mosquito got in.
I kind of found having the coffee maker in the bathroom kind of gross. There are always germs in the bathroom, so don't put the coffee maker in there. leave it on the desk. I was glad that there was 24hr coffee in the office, but when I went in there to get some coffee for our early flight, it was almost cold.
Being right on Harbor Blvd was nice, but if I had known that people would be revving their engine's down the street I probably would have found someplace else to stay. It was pretty noisy when we were trying to go to sleep. Unless the windows need to be replaced with thicker glass.
Room 106 is a high traffic area of the hotel. I felt like the cleaning crew were constantly outside our door. Or walking past our door.

Staff was nice. Room was large and clean. AC/fan was adequate, but noisy on the A/C setting. Not much more to say, it is an older facility and not worth the price, but it is close to Disney so they get it.
Paying for parking on top of a rate that was high due to their proximity to Disney. Parking lot was huge and had charging stations, which I did not need. I hate to pay for things I do not use.

Central location. Great staff, clean sheets and room service daily. Spacious rooms. Hot water and pressure was amazing.
Noisy neighbors despite repeated calls to front desk. Musty, humid and old hotel room smell the first night. Much better the other nights. Breakfast was fair but no meat which is not acceptable for a full breakfast.
